Like most people here. I'm waiting for delivery and refund for items that were broken when arrived. .. tried contacting them phone"no answer apparently no customer service to assist you at this time" obviously they have just switched off the phone or just ignoring calls.
I got a email saying that the items were dispatched. But I can't track them! Absolutely awful service or as of recent time non existing service. I still haven't received a refund for items that were broken or a replacement. I only received an email from them after I sent about 5 emails asking for aresponse. I Know it's busy, it's busy everywhere this time of year. But its a total disgrace if they have switched off the customer care assistance.leaving many many unhappy customers.
I honestly won't be using them or Fastway again.
WORST SHOPPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They have taken weeks to deliver a Christmas tree. They then go radio silent and refuse to respond. They just casually told me it will take another 7 days to deliver because they only now booked in with the courier. It takes them days to respond and cant get through on the phone. So unfair as my kids are dying to put up the Christmas tree.
Honestly a SHOCKING service. AVOID at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered Friday, delivered Tuesday by An Post (Monday was bank holiday). Some of the contents were fragile but the packaging took account of this and was excellent. Very happy with service.
Real stupid shop. Can buy silly things like lamps etc but not a plate to eat on. Completely understand shops having restrictions but I’d consider the consumption of food as essential. Absolute idiot that came up with that idea. People moving into houses daily.
Took a gamble and ordered a coat rack and muffin tin yesterday despite seeing all the bad reviews, because they were cheap and I wasn't in a rush (and maybe I like to live on the edge). Very surprised to say that they arrived today, in perfect condition! The delivery was from An Post which probably helped.
Excellent Customer Service instore. Very friendly and helpful staff. Online service very efficient also.
Ordered some garden ornaments online, dispatched immediately and very carefully packaged. Items are great quality and very good value. I look forward to shopping here again.
In fact they deserve even less than 1!!! Absolutely disappointing service. Total discripency between site advertised in-stock and store really stock. Truly time wasters via emails. Furthermore in particular I've bought recently Nicole day duvet cover set which very very unfortunately came to be much darker than shown on photos on the site and didn't match with my curtains. And of course this"great" store don't sell matching curtains....

Third Class Supplier, I ordered LG 7.5 kg Smart Invertor Washing machine through SHARAF DG web store, they deliver the machine, but machine Drum doesn't work, LG technician came and told me It was manufacturing fault, rest of all is fine in your machine, Drum rotation is as slow as Turtle Walks, Drum Doesn't make FOAM & Bubbles of Washing Powder, it Washes with Water only, AFTER MANY REQUEST HE DIDN'T answer me to take his machine back for replacement with any other model with price difference, EVEN I HATE SHARAF DG Response on that, they also told me REFUND is not possible, when customer don't like and don't satisfy with the product then it means you are making people fool, please stop this creepy business . all Cheaters

I ordered christmas lights on the 23 nov 20 it says 5 working days for delivery it was dispatched on the 26 nov i was tracking my order every day but nothing came ,now today the 7 dec i am still waiting the tracker tells me its to be delivered today won't hold my breath very very poor service never again .

Met with the rudest ,most indignant arrogant ,dismissive manager ever ,in Blanchardstown Dublin 15 4th Dec2020 4-5pm .
It made me concerned as to how he treats his staff !!!!
Terrible! They won't even answer the phone after receiving a complete damaged item.
